1. Introduction

Welcome to InvestWise ("InvestWise", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you and InvestWise, governing your access to and use of our website, mobile application, services, tools, educational resources, and investment-related insights (“Services”).

By using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referred to herein. If you do not agree, please refrain from accessing or using our Services.

2. Legal Capacity and Jurisdiction

You represent and warrant that:

InvestWise is not responsible for financial or investment decisions made by users. You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks in investing, and agree to use the Services at your own discretion and liability.

4. Account Registration and Access

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. By doing so, you agree to:

  • Provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information;
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials;
  • Be solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account;
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, applicable laws, or pose a security risk.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for fraudulent, illegal, or malicious purposes;

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination and legal action under UAE Cybercrimes Law No. 34 of 2021.

InvestWise complies with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL). We are committed to protecting your data through:

  • Tiered access control;
  • Monitoring and detection systems for unauthorized access;
  • Timely notification procedures in case of breaches.

You have the right to:

  • Request correction or deletion;
  • Withdraw consent for non-essential processing.

We will never sell, rent, or disclose your personal data without lawful justification or your explicit consent.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, graphics, software, trademarks, and methodologies are the exclusive property of InvestWise or licensed to us, and protected under UAE Copyright and Industrial Property Laws.

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, and must ensure it does not infringe third-party rights or violate UAE law.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

  • We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • Investment insights and simulations are for illustrative purposes only.
  • No part of the Services constitutes regulated investment advice unless stated and delivered through licensed UAE professionals.

10. Third-Party Services

Our platform may reference or link to third-party services, including payment gateways, data feeds, or analytics tools. We do not control or endorse third-party platforms and shall not be liable for any loss, breach, or damages arising from your interaction with them.

11. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services without prior notice if:

  • You breach any provision of these Terms;
  • Your use poses a threat to other users or our infrastructure;
  • Required by regulatory or legal authorities.

Upon termination:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the incident;
  • We are not liable for decisions made based on educational or simulated outputs provided by the platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InvestWise, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates against any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms;
  • Your use of the Services;
  • Your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law.
